You may cancel any order before the tracking information is provided for a full refund.
If the tracking information is provided or the package is shipped, we cannot refund your payment.You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of the first payment.
If you need to cancel an order, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Cancel Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the canceled item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the mainland of the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. The shipping fee includes the dropshipping fee and shipping label fee. If the detail of the product shows FREE for both, then you can understand the price shown is the final price which means everything is included.
